Zeynel M. Karcioglu

ZEYNEL M. KARCIOGLU, of counsel to the Firm, and a graduate of the University of Chicago and George Washington University, where he received an MBA in addition to his law degree. He practiced at Pennie & Edmonds, LLP and later founded his own firm. Mr. Karcioglu focuses his practice primarily on trademark and copyright protection and litigation matters, as well as Commercial Litigation for a domestic and international client base. Mr. Karcioglu has obtained numerous favorable decisions in the federal and state courts, as well as favorable arbitration rulings. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, and also the United States Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern District of New York. He also represents clients in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and has provided counsel to actions in the Second, Third, and Fourth United States Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as in federal District and state courts throughout the country. Mr. Karcioglu represents a foreign clientele throughout Europe, Asia and the Far East, and speaks Turkish and Spanish.
