About Kyle Martin

Kyle Martin was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Fulton, New York. In December 2012 he graduated cum laude, from the State University of New York at Cortland with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History. After graduating he moved to North Carolina for law school to attend Wake Forest University. In 2017 he finished top eight in the Zeliff Trial Bar Competition. Kyle’s internships included interning for the Forsyth County Public Defender and firms in Winston-Salem and Lexington, North Carolina. Following graduation from Wake in 2017, Kyle practiced with a small firm in High Point, North Carolina practicing criminal and civil litigation and began working with Randolph M. James PC in 2020.
