Robert A. Spence Jr.

Robert A. Spence, Jr. is a board-certified specialist attorney in real property law, residential transactions with Spence, Carter & Reed, PA in Smithfield, North Carolina. He has a general practice law office but concentrates his practice in civil, business, and real property transactions and litigation, local government law, real property transactions, probate matters and litigation and family law. Mr. Spence attended Smithfield High, graduated from Woodberry Forest School, magna cum laude, and earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Wesleyan University in Middletown Connecticut and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
