Brian Keith Autero

Brian Autero is one of the managers of the firm and works closely with the attorneys in our seven locations including Akron, Canton, Columbus, Toledo and Youngstown. Mr. Autero has been an attorney with Rauser and Associates for over 10 years and has advised thousands of clients through the bankruptcy process, including Chapter 7 fresh start and Chapter 13 consolidation. Mr. Autero works directly with residents of Cleveland, Elyria, Mentor and other cities in Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga Counties obtain a fresh financial start through Chapter 7 discharge. He has also helped many clients utilize the Chapter 13 process to reorganize their debts, including stopping foreclosure sales, repossession, and student loan garnishments. Brian Autero is licensed in both the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. Brian Autero also has extensive experience with more complex Chapter 7 cases involving small businesses and adversary litigation, and also represents clients in personal injury and worker’s compensation cases.
