Damian P. DeGenova Esq.

Damian practices primarily in corporate, business, and real estate transaction law. He assists emerging businesses by creating corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. He also assists corporate clients in litigation and contract negotiations. Damian holds a Title Agent Insurance License and is the principal in Capital Title Services, Inc. He assist clients in real estate transactions. In addition to his corporate and real estate practice, Damian represents clients in juvenile cases, divorces, and custody matters. Damian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University. While a law student at Capital University, Damian served as a Student Bar Association Representative for three years. He was the first individual at Capital University to receive the Student Leadership Award. Damian is involved in the legal community as a member of the Mahoning County Bar Association. He serves on the Memorial Committee and Admissions Committee. In addition to his involvement in the legal community, Damian serves on the Board of Trustees for the Italian Scholarship League. He is the P.M. for the Poland Masonic Lodge #766 in Poland, Ohio.
