About Damien C. Kitte
Damien is an experienced litigator, who has secured victories both in jury trials and on appeal. Damien has represented clients in litigation throughout Ohio and the United States. His practice has included complex business disputes, product and premises liability claims, and toxic tort cases. Damien has also drawn upon his LL.M. in Taxation to assist clients in tax and business matters. Damien has assisted a broad range of clients, including individuals and corporations of all sizes. Damien works with his clients to develop a strategy to solve their problems in an efficient manner to maximize the value he provides to them. Damien joined Arnold & Clifford in September 2020. Previously, Damien was a litigator with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division of the Licking County Prosecutor's Office. Damien also had the privilege of serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger Kline of Ohio's Fourth District Court of Appeals.
