Marisa Dyson

Marisa Dyson focuses her practice in the areas of workers compensation and domestic law. Additionally, she maintains a broad practice in other areas of the law as well with experience in Corporate Litigation, Estate Planning and Personal Injury. Marisa has experience representing both injured workers as well as employers in workers compensation disputes. Marisa enjoys advocating for families and helping clients navigate their way through complex family law issues as well. Marisa graduated at the top of her class, magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of law in 2014. During her time at Chase she was a Chase Fellow, IOLTA Fellow, research assistant and worked at the Children’s Law Center advocating for children involved in domestic disputes as well as educational rights of children in poverty. She also received the Henry Clay Merit Scholarship, competed in the Bettman Moot Court Competition, attended the Peggy Browning Labor Rights Conference and was on the Dean’s list every semester. Marisa also works with Project HOPE, an affiliate of ACA, which is a non-profit organization that works to help victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and Human trafficking. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, serving on school boards, volunteering with her children’s extracurricular activities as well as competing in triathlons.
