Mark Donald Webb

Mark practices in all areas of general litigation but specializes in Family Law and Criminal Defense. Mark was raised in Cincinnati and is a graduate of St. Xavier High School. Thereafter, Mark obtained his undergraduate degree from DePauw University, and his J.D. from the University of Dayton Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked for the Montgomery County Child Support Enforcement Agency and clerked for Judge Tim Oliver in the Warren County Domestic Relations Court. Mark has worked in private practice since 2009. Mark has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years 2014 through 2018. Additionally, he is a certified Guardian Ad Litem. Mark also works with the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati Volunteer Lawyers Projects, and currently serves as the City of Springboro Prosecutor and Village of Waynesville Prosecutor. Outside of legal work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
