Christopher G. Atkins

Christopher Atkins practices in the areas of Criminal, Divorce, Personal Injury (Plaintiff), and Probate and Estates. 90% of his practice is devoted to Litigation. He also is often an acting prosecutor and acting judge. With a passion for helping others, Chris found himself staying in the Middletown area because of how he identified with people from the area. For 40 years, Chris has been practicing law with the goal of helping his clients and curating strong relationships with everyone he has the opportunity to represent. A Waynesville, Ohio, native, Chris earned his B.A. from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in 1973 and obtained his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1984. Starting as a law clerk at a firm in Middletown, Chris found himself with a golden opportunity to practice in the area. Prior to joining Hurley Law, Chris was a partner at Combs, Shaefer, Little and Ball in Middletown.
