Nathan Nishiki

Nathan Nishiki is the manager of the Toledo office of Rauser & Associates, and has been with the firm since 2005 which represents clients in over 22 counties in Northwest Ohio, including Erie County and Huron County in the east, Williams County and Defiance County in the West, Lucas County and Wood County in the north, and Allen County, Mercer County, and Marion County in the south and all counties in between. Mr. Nishiki and the Toledo office of Rauser & Associates has grown to be one of the largest bankruptcy filers in the Toledo district. Mr. Nishiki oversees the several hundred Chapter 7 filed each year from start to finish. Mr. Nishiki has extensive experience representing clients in more challenging bankruptcy cases, and draws on his extensive experience to make his clients' experience with the bankruptcy process as smooth as possible.
