Robert S. Rosplock

Robert S. Rosplock grew up in Mentor, Ohio, and has resided in Concord Township, Ohio for over 35 years. He graduated from Bowling Green State University with degrees in business and geography in 1969. He then attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law, graduating with honors in 1973. Bob Rosplock is a full time practicing attorney, admitted before all state courts in Ohio and Florida, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a permanent part time civil Magistrate in the Painesville Municipal Court, and a part time assistant Lake County Prosecuting Attorney, handling real estate tax foreclosures. Robert S. Rosplock has been a part time instructor at Lakeland Community College since 1974. He has also taught courses at Lake Erie College, and the Ashtabula branch of Kent State University. He has taught Business Law, Real Estate Law, Probate Practice and Procedure and Business Organizations at the college level. He has also been a presenter at continuing education programs for attorneys and for licensed real estate agents. Bob is a frequent speaker on issues related to estate planning, including trusts and special needs trusts, and presents programs to small businesses owners, including those wishing to start a new business.
