I generally represent people who are dealing with an insurance company who is treating them unfairly. This most often occurs in accident cases, or cases involving an insurance company who is not living up to their contract. I also represent children and families who are involved in a Child Welfare cases, and serve as a Guardian ad Litem for children whose parents are going through a custody dispute.
