Anthony Posa Esquire

Anthony Posa is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit. He is also a licensed Title Agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Anthony is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh and the Duquesne University School of Law. Anthony handles a broad range of real estate specific litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, real estate assessment appeals, actions to quiet title, partition actions, seller disclosure claims, short term rentals and zoning matters, and real estate contract arbitration and mediation. Anthony also handles general business contract litigation and collection matters. Anthony’s transactional experience includes conducting residential and commercial real estate closings, drafting agreements of purchase and sale, leases and business contracts, drafting wills and trusts and other estate planning documents and administration of decedents’ estates. Anthony forms Pennsylvania businesses including corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
