Benjamin D. Andreozzi Esq.

Ben Andreozzi has dedicated his career to representing survivors of child sexual abuse in civil cases. Ben has represented hundreds of clients across the country in some of the nation's most high-profile sexual abuse cases, including many of Jerry Sandusky's victims and dozens of Catholic clergy victims, to name just a few. Ben regularly appears in the media, including on the Today Show, Good Morning America, NBC Nightly News, ABC World News, CBS Evening News, Anderson Cooper, and in the New York Times, USA Today, and many others. Ben also teaches other lawyers across the country on handling child sexual abuse and crime victim cases. Along with co-counsel Nathaniel Foote, Ben obtained a record $88 million-dollar jury verdict for a young sexual abuse victim. He has also received significant noneconomic results for clients and takes pride in forcing institutions to change their operations to better protect children in the future. Ben believes each survivor's path to recovery is unique, so he gets to know each client and maintains communication throughout their case. Ben is admitted to practice in Arizona, all Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and practices across the country through associations with local counsel. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association Advisory Board, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Club, and other local bar associations.
