Lydia Atkinson

Lydia’s practice focuses on representing both children and adults in sexual abuse and sexual assault cases. Lydia has over a decade of experience in civil litigation, including representing plaintiffs in mass tort sex abuse cases, mass tort bankruptcy claims, and multi-plaintiff claims against tobacco companies in state and federal court. Lydia also has served as a federal law clerk in the Middle District of Florida. Lydia attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law on scholarship and served as a Staff Editor on Law Review. She is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia. In her free time, Lydia enjoys playing competitive tennis.
