John H. Dumont

John H. Dumont represents closely-held businesses and nonprofit organizations. He provides guidance on various matters such as initial formation, capital raising, shareholder relations, equity and debt utilization, and regulatory compliance for New Jersey businesses. Additionally, he has extensive experience in estate planning and a wide range of real estate activities, including acquisition, financing, tax-free exchanges, leasing, low-income housing utilization, tax credits, and the establishment of joint ventures, investor-oriented limited partnerships, and land use law. Mr. Dumont collaborates with nonprofit organizations in New Jersey to create affordable housing. Mr. Dumont obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1963 and completed his studies at Michigan Law School in 1966. He holds memberships in the Princeton Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association.
