Michael J. Lundy provides his clients, both corporate and individuals, with a variety of services in many areas of the law. These services focus on residential and commercial real estate transactions, construction, financing, contracts, formation and management of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and administration, tax advice, and QOZ advice. His clients include physicians, dentists, accountants, attorneys, founders of start-ups, real estate developers and investors of both commercial and residential properties, as well as owners of many other types of businesses.
