Nathaniel L. Foote Esq.

Nate Foote is a dedicated advocate for victims of violent and sexual crime in the civil justice system. He specializes in cases against institutions that enable child sexual abuse and other crimes, including churches, schools, daycares, nightclubs, and countless others. Nate also handles wrongful death cases, in addition to representing people catastrophically injured due to other's carelessness. Nate is a talented trial lawyer, who has served as counsel in cases that resulted in significant jury verdicts, including a $1.53 million verdict in a child sex abuse case, a $1.75 million verdict in a wrongful death/negligent security murder case, and an $88 million verdict in a child sex abuse case, one of the largest such verdicts in the United States. Nate is admitted to all Pennsylvania state and federal courts, and practices across the country in select cases. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, Million Dollar Advocate Club, and other local bar associations.
