Peggy M. Morcom

Attorney Morcom graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. She received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University of Law. Ms. Morcom is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Ms. Morcom works extensively in counseling and advocating both employees and a broad range of employers in matters involving employee discipline, policies and procedures, unemployment compensation, wage and hour claims and discrimination claims of all types, including issues involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage Payment and Collection Law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and other related legislation. Attorney Morcom provides consulting and training services to business clients and organizations on a variety of Employment Law issues. Her professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lebanon County Bar Association. She is actively involved in the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Community of Lebanon Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for Pillows of Love, a non-profit organization. She concentrates her practice in the areas of: Municipal and School Law and Institutional Services General & Business Liability Labor & Employment Law
