Kenyatta "Kenny" is a business litigator whose experience includes matters involving: · Construction defect litigation · Environmental torts · Serious personal injury · 1st party coverage · 3rd party coverage · Employment · Contract disputes Prior to joining the firm, Kenny was a law clerk in the federal public defender's office in Charleston. Kenny earned his bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from the Honors College of Charleston and his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law. While in college, he founded a volunteer organization in Charleston called H.E.L.P. Its goal is to combat poverty and homelessness across the Lowcountry by collecting food, clothing and money that goes to area shelters.
