Dan H. Elrod

A substantial part of Mr. Elrod's practice is the representation of clients in state administrative proceedings. He represents over 40 Tennessee health care institutions on regulatory issues. He has served as counsel on numerous insurance company formations, mergers and other transactions. He is the administrator of the Tennessee Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association, which has paid over $70 million in claims since July of 1989. Mr. Elrod also regularly advocates the interests of clients before the Tennessee General Assembly. He is a member and serves on the Board of Directors of Martha O'Bryan Center.
