About Jost Lunstroth
Jost was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and is a sixth-generation Texan through his mother. He is also fluent in Spanish and holds German dual citizenship through his father. Jost is a trial attorney licensed in Texas and New York. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in business and complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty (directors and officers), fraud, business divorces, professional negligence, deceptive trade practices, and employment disputes. He focuses a significant portion of his practice representing landowner plaintiffs in oil & gas disputes against operators as well as Latin American clients in business disputes in the U.S. He has also represented clients in catastrophic personal injury, property damage, and medical malpractice lawsuits. Outside of his legal practice, Jost is proud to serve on the board of an international electrical engineering/manufacturing company headquartered in Austria. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, traveling, hiking and camping, and competing in recreational soccer.
