Luis Oscar Cueva

Attorney Cueva was born and raised in Queens, New York. He knows, first-hand, the many benefits and challenges that arise from a diverse and multicultural community. Attorney Cueva graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies. He then earned his law degree, from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Attorney Cueva is admitted to, both, the New York State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar. As the son of Peruvian immigrants who immigrated to the U.S., during Peru’s 1980’s terrorism crisis, he has developed a passion for immigration law.
