Michael A. Weaver is a business transactional attorney who believes in earning client trust through independent performance, efficiency, quality decision-making and effective strategic planning. Michael has extensive experience with entity formations, mergers and acquisitions for privately owned profit and non-profit LLCs, Corporations and Partnerships, equity partner buyout negotiation and business strategy. Michael is an experienced drafter and negotiator of multi-party, complex commercial transactions involving technology and licensing, software, hardware, consulting, telecommunications and commercial real estate. He also has experience negotiating and drafting master services and consulting agreements and all applicable vendor RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bidder conferences, and issue/dispute management.
