Anthony Paone II

Tony concentrates his practice primarily in family law and divorce; real estate litigation and general civil litigation and probate matters. He has been practicing law thirty years in central Virginia, and was the founder of his own firm which he ran successfully for over twenty years. He is an experienced litigator, with a priority focused on meeting his clients' goals, whether in the court room or through negotiation and mediation. He understands that while experience affords him the knowledge to recognize similarities and overlaps in cases that he has handled, he knows that each case is unique and that sometimes a rare set of facts and legal issues presents itself that requires special effort and a dedicated strategy to resolve. Often this requires flexibility and the need to change gears at a moment's notice. He is a past President of the Goochland County Bar Association. Tony has served his community through civic involvement in several organizations, including positions on the local Board of Directors for Goochland CASA and the local chapter of the American Red Cross for Goochland County, as well as coaching baseball and time as a Scouting leader.
