Daniel M. Schieble

Dan Schieble focuses his practice in the areas of litigation and personal injury. Dan has more than 33 years' experience as a civil litigation attorney, handling over 100 jury trials to verdict. His litigation practice areas focus on plaintiff and defense personal injury and insurance coverage and defense. Dan represents clients in all State and Federal Courts of the Commonwealth. In addition to trial work, Dan advocates for clients on a regular basis utilizing mediation and arbitration. Dan was elected to the Virginia State Bar Council in 2013 and is currently in his second term. He represents the interests of attorneys and the public for Virginia's Second Judicial District regarding regulation of the legal profession and public access to legal services. Dan is a past member and chairman of the Second District Disciplinary Committee and past member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association Medical-Legal Liaison Committee.
