David D. Dickerson, Jr. leads Dickerson and Smith Law Group with a deep respect for the legacy established by his father, David D. Dickerson, Sr., who founded the firm in 1985. After years of mentorship and hands-on experience within the firm, Mr. Dickerson, Jr. assumed leadership in 2017, continuing the firm’s mission to provide trusted, client-focused legal representation. With a deep respect for the values the firm was built on — integrity, advocacy, and personalized service — Mr. Dickerson has maintained and expanded the firm’s reputation for high-quality legal counsel in multiple areas of law and has assembled a team capable of assisting clients with diverse legal needs. Although he accepts cases in other areas of law, in recent years Mr. Dickerson has focused his practice in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, elder law, and business and commercial law.
