David Whaley

A native of West Virginia, David Whaley earned his law degree from the University of Richmond. He founded the law firm of David Whaley LLC in Richmond in 1979, now Whaley Paules, LLC. David focuses his practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. In addition to his legal practice, David has lectured at Virginia CLE, providing insight to other attorneys on the topic of defending drug cases.
