H. Mark Goetzman

Prior to law school, Mark, a native of Arlington County, worked for First Virginia Bank where he gained invaluable experience in banking and commercial and retail lending. He works primarily in the transactional development area of the firm’s practice representing both developers and lenders in commercial loan closings, preparing contracts and commercial leases, preparing subdivisions, easements, homeowner association and other development documents, and drafting various partnership, corporate and limited liability company documents. He is thoroughly familiar with Virginia foreclosure procedure having served as a trustee under numerous deeds of trust.
