Jeffrey T. Talbert

Jeff Talbert is a Pender & Coward shareholder focusing his practice on corporate and business law, estate planning, taxation and immigration matters. He routinely advises businesses in various matters including formation, organization, real estate, contracts, leasing, tax, financing, negotiating, employment law and immigration. Jeff advises business clients on buying or selling assets or stock or other ownership interests. Jeff counsels clients with planning and administering estates and trusts including drafting wills, trusts, advance medical directives and powers of attorney, advising on tax issues, implementing estate and trust plans, handling estate and trust disputes and litigation, and advising on guardianships and conservatorships. Before joining Pender & Coward, Jeff practiced for many years at another local law firm where he served as an officer, director and shareholder of the firm.
