Mehnaz I. Khan Esq.

Ms. Khan is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree (Bachelors of Science) with distinction, from The Punjab University and her Masters in Physics from Quaid-e-Azam University. Mehnaz Ishrat Khan, Esquire, is a member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar. She counsels clients in federal and local courts throughout the Northern Virginia area. Through her work in a legal setting for more than a decade, she has experience in a wide range of family law issues focusing on divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, and other areas, including bankruptcy and creditors' rights, personal injury, civil litigation and immigration. Ms. Khan is a member of the Family Law and Bankruptcy Sections of the Virginia State Bar as well as a member of the Fairfax Bar Association. She is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
