Monica Sameni

Ms. Sameni joined the firm in 2023 as an associate practicing family law. During law school, she served as a certified student attorney at her school’s legal clinic, with a focus on domestic law and tax law matters. Following law school, Ms. Sameni served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Michael F. Devine at the Circuit Court of Fairfax County. In this role, Ms. Sameni developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of the legal system. As an active participant in the legal community, Ms. Sameni was recently elected to serve in the board of directors for the Fairfax Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. Ms. Sameni’s service underscores her commitment to promoting excellence and camaraderie among young lawyers in Fairfax County. Ms. Sameni was raised in Fairfax, Virginia, completed her undergraduate studies at West Virginia University, and graduated from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She resides in Fairfax County with her husband. Ms. Sameni is a member of the bar of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
