Eric P. Lin J.D.

Eric P. Lin is a licensed attorney in Washington and has been practicing law since 1997. From the beginning of his legal career, Eric has specialized in the practice of immigration law and has extensive experience in almost all facets of the practice, from family and employment based visa petitions, to political asylum, removal defense and appellate matters. Eric comes from a family of immigrants, which gives him a personal and unique perspective on the challenges faced by those relocating to a new country. This perspective allows him to better serve the needs of his clients as he helps them navigate a labyrinthine immigration system. Eric is married with two children.
