Martha R. Muldowney J.D.

Martha R. Muldowney has been an attorney licensed to practice in Washington since 2017. She has experience in family-based petitions, humanitarian applications, asylum, removal defense, and appellate matters. Martha is active with the Washington Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She volunteers regularly at legal clinics providing pro bono assistance to the immigrant community. Before joining the Law Offices of Carol L. Edward, she worked as an Attorney Advisor at the San Francisco Immigration Court. Martha speaks Spanish and Polish. Martha received her J.D. and B.A. degrees from the University of Washington. She also earned an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Galway in Ireland. During law school, Martha interned with Northwest Immigrant Rights Project, Legal Aid Society in Chicago, IL, and the Seattle Immigration Court.
