About Frances M. Lazell
Frances Lazell joined Jenkins Fenstermaker in June 2017. Frances is a Huntington native. She graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. While attending Marshall, she was a member of the Honors College and the Gamma Beta chapter of Alpha Xi Delta. Following graduation, Frances attended West Virginia University's College of Law. She was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the National Health Care Moot Court Competition. During law school, Frances also interned at the United States Attorney Office for the Northern District of West Virginia.
