G. Todd Houck

G. Todd Houck is engaged in the general practice of law and has represented individuals at all levels of litigation from Magistrate Court to the Supreme Court. Mr. Houck's 20 years of litigation experience includes his tenure as the Prosecuting Attorney of Wyoming County, West Virginia from 1998 - 2008. Mr. Houck has had the privilege of handling a variety of cases including motor vehicle and industrial accidents, criminal defense, wills and estates, real estate closings, family law, and complex business litigation. Mr. Houck has also devoted much of his practice to representing disabled workers in social security disability claims and federal black lung actions. Mr. Houck successfully represented a coal miner's widow in a federal black lung survivor's action before the U. S. Supreme Court.
