Alexis K. Catalano

Alexis K. Catalano is an associate attorney with Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth. S.C. Alexis earned her law degree in 2022 from the University of Wisconsin where she served as a member and editor on the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society. While in law school Alexis earned a Business Law Concentration, with an emphasis in real estate, studying business and corporate structures, partner and shareholder rights, as well as business and corporate formation and dissolution taxation planning. Alexis' law practice concentrates in business organizations and real estate transactions. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
