Peter Bazianos

Attorney Peter Bazianos represents clients in business law and real estate and has assisted with land use and municipal issues. Peter enjoys assisting clients in business legal matters, such as entity formation for startups, agreements with vendors, suppliers, and employees, as well as business real estate agreements. He drafts operating agreements and a wide range of contracts for businesses at all stages. In real estate, Peter works with individuals, families, and businesses in real estate transactions, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, assisting with property disputes, land use matters, leases, and construction and development. Licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and Illinois, Peter is available to meet with clients remotely or in any of the firm’s Wisconsin locations. FUN FACT Peter's favorite pastime is bass fishing on Wisconsin lakes and rivers. Peter fell in love with bass fishing at age 11 when he was introduced to the sport on a family trip to northern Wisconsin.
