Heidi L. Nepscha

Heidi has been assisting families navigate various legal challenges since graduating law school in 2012 and passing the Wisconsin bar exam in the same year. Her commitment to family law began during law school, where she completed a formative student clerkship at the Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic specializing in domestic violence cases. Heidi has extensive experience representing crime victims, which interplays well with her family law practice. As does her previous involvement in bankruptcy law which lends itself to financial aspects of divorce, property division and support obligations. Although Heidi was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, and returned to Illinois for law school, she grew up in Waukesha County over the foundational teenage years. While she spent nearly a decade practicing law in and around Dane County, she is thrilled to have returned to raise her kids in Waukesha too. Outside the office, Heidi enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children who all share a love of the outdoors.
