About Joshua J. Kindkeppel
Joshua J. Kindkeppel practices law primarily in the areas of business, real estate, and employment. He represents individuals and a wide range of businesses in these areas, and Josh especially enjoys working on renewable energy projects. Josh handles business start-ups, represents clients in business acquisitions and guides owners through break-ups and dissolutions. Josh prepares, negotiates, and advises clients on contracts, and he enjoys representing clients in real estate transactions. He also frequently provides employment advice to business owners, human resource departments, and individuals. Josh's practice also includes business, real estate, and employment litigation, representing professionals in licensing appeals, and appearing before a variety of regulatory agencies. Josh is a native of Wisconsin and has been practicing in Dane County since 2003. One of his favorite things about being an attorney is the long-standing relationships he has with many of his clients. Some of his clients date back to his first year of practice. Clients appreciate Josh’s troubleshooting abilities, his hard work ethic, responsiveness, and easy-going nature. Josh is an active member of the Dane County legal community and served as president of the Dane County Bar Association, co-founded the Dane County Bar attorney mentorship program, and co-founded a free legal clinic in Sun Prairie, the Sunshine Legal Clinic.
