Mr. Bublitz serves as counsel for an array of clients such as: privately held businesses non-profit organizations real estate developers and brokers builders and subcontractors manufacturers and distributors employers and employees lenders condominium and homeowners associations title insurance companies individuals Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Bublitz practiced in the tax department of a national accounting firm. Mr. Bublitz is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Waukesha County Bar Association participating in the Business, Real Estate and Estate Planning Sections. Mr. Bublitz has served on the Board of Directors of several for-profit and non-profit organizations and serves on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Brookfield and the Loan Committee for the Waukesha County Economic Development Corporation.
