Greg Diarian

Greg Diarian is a Senior Trial Attorney and Litigation Manager with the Law Offices of Burg & Brock. Upon graduating from California State University, Northridge, with a degree in Political Science, Greg began to work for Mercury Insurance as an insurance adjuster. While working full-time, Greg began to attend the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law. Greg eventually transferred to Mercury Insurance’s legal department, where he worked as a paralegal and law clerk. Once Greg graduated from law school, with a distinction on the dean’s honor list, and passed the bar, Greg accepted a position as in-house counsel for Mercury Insurance. Greg took numerous high-value cases to trial, which resulted in multiple defense verdicts. After practicing for the defense for ten years, Greg decided to make the change to represent injury victims and joined the trial team for the Law Offices of Burg & Brock. Greg has litigated a broad range of matters, including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, slip-and-fall accidents, products liability, breach of contract, and other complex litigation throughout every stage, from pre-litigation to trial.
