Harold Provizer is Senior Counsel to the firm. For the past 40 years, Harold has been one of the nation's leading insurance attorneys representing Brokers, Insurers, Reinsurers, Self Insureds and others in all phases of their business activities. Harold has extensive experience in the management and trial of Product Liability, Toxic Torts, Professional Liability, Environmental litigation, CD, Advertising liability, Medical malpractice, class and Mass tort actions. He has served the industry as National Coverage counsel, national environmental and toxic tort counsel, NCC for Advertising liability, CD litigation, professional liability, national legal fee audit counsel, and National Director of coverage education. During this period, Harold has been involved in a wide range of insurance industry-related issues including (FRT, Sarabond, Breast Implant, Bendecton, Formaldehyde, Asbestos, real estate and insurance brokers, Medical Malpractice, Environmental litigation & coverage, Mold Litigation, LPT, coverage, national mass tort litigation, Insurance Industry M&A).
