Monica La

Monica La is an associate attorney at Dolan Law Firm, PC. Her practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. She represents diverse clients injured in vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents, mass shootings, wrongful death suits, premises liability accidents, and rideshare litigation in state and federal courts throughout California. As a first-generation Chinese American attorney, she is passionate about her community and helping and creating a space for others, especially the marginalized and overlooked members of our society. Monica believes that representing clients is a privilege and is proud to utilize her fluency in Cantonese and legal knowledge to advocate for victims throughout California. Monica, who was a ballerina until the age of 18, credits ballet for teaching her discipline, persistence and creativity, all qualities she draws from daily in her legal practice. She grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a performing arts enthusiast and enjoys attending ballets and symphonies.
