Caroline C. Bender

Caroline C. Bender is an associate at Arnett Law Group, LLC. She practices in commercial, civil defense, and toxic tort litigation. Caroline also supports small businesses, providing General Counsel services related to contract formation and transactions. Ms. Bender graduated from Lehigh University in 2022, with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in International Relations. She then attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she worked as a research assistant for a publication on art transactions and taxation-related matters. Ms. Bender also served in a leadership role for Loyola’s Art Law Society and was an active member of Women’s Law Society. In 2025, Ms. Bender graduated with her Juris Doctor and was licensed before the Supreme Court of Illinois.
