Evan E. Fear

EVAN E. FEAR is an Associate at Arnett Law Group, LLC. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses in complex disputes involving contracts, property rights, construction disputes, employment matters, and insurance coverage issues. Additionally, Evan practices in all areas of civil defense, including handling personal injury, products liability, toxic tort, and premises liability matters in all phases of litigation. Moreover, Evan provides general counsel services to business owners in a broad range of industries, including in business formation, organization, and development, as well as in various contract and transactional matters. Evan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Bradley University in 2020. He then attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor on the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property. While in law school, Evan worked as a research assistant for a legal publication on unfair competition and trademarks. He also undertook independent legal research endeavors and authored “Disagreements on the De Minimis Exception for Sampling of Sound Recordings” and “Survey of Law Governing Carrier Liability Under the Carmack Amendment to the Interstate Commerce Act.” Additionally, he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy. In 2023, Evan graduated with his Juris Doctor and was licensed before the Supreme Court of Illinois.
