James M. Huck

Mr. Huck's practice is concentrated in the areas of General Corporate and Business Law and Commercial Real Estate. His practice includes the representation of corporations and partnerships and transactional work associated with such businesses. Mr. Huck has also been actively engaged in the representation of developers or institutions in the acquisition, zoning development and financing of residential subdivisions, shopping centers, medical and general business offices and nursing and retirement facilities. He and his family have resided in Wheaton since 1963. He has been engaged in the practice of law in DuPage County for over 40 years.
