Mark practices business law with an eye toward the important details needed to structure a deal, interpret a legal requirement or resolve a problem. He takes a thoughtful and analytical approach to representing the best interests of each client. Mark handles business, corporate and tax matters for clients in many fields, with an emphasis in the general representation of exempt organizations and nonprofit providers of health care, senior living and social services.
