Lee Palmateer

Mr. Palmateer is a former mechanical engineer for General Electric at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory (1984-1992) and has been a practicing attorney since 1996. Mr. Palmateer practices in all areas of intellectual property law. His forte is in litigation, licensing, joint ventures, and technology transfers. Prior to joining Heslin Rothenberg Farley & Mesiti P.C. in 2000, Mr. Palmateer gained significant experience in general litigation and commercial transactions. Mr. Palmateer earned his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. He is a registered patent attorney and is admitted to practice law in New York State and Massachusetts and in all of the United States District Courts located in New York State. He is a member of The New York State and Greene County Bar Associations, and the Eastern New York Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.
