Pamela M. Tobin

Pamela Tobin is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Land Use & Zoning Departments. Ms. Tobin handles complex commercial litigation on behalf of businesses and individuals in both state and federal court. She has handled cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, will and trust contests, real estate disputes, land development disputes, constitutional property right claims and claims against municipal authorities and agencies. Ms. Tobin is a lecturer and has published articles on various topics, including electronic discovery, social media and defamation. Ms. Tobin is a director of the Montgomery Bar Association Board and Executive Committee, Co-Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association's Women in the Law Committee, and a director of the Manor College Department of Legal Studies Advisory Board.
